Police Investigating Case of Crucified Squirrel
BREMERTON
Police are investigating an incident Friday in which a man came home to find a squirrel nailed to a cross in a plastic bag on his porch, according to Bremerton police reports.
The man says he returned to his Mackenzie Avenue home Friday afternoon to find a white plastic bag balanced atop two bags of potting soil. Inside the white bag he found the squirrel on the cross, reports said.
Police couldn't find suspects Friday or uncover a motivation for the incident. Anyone with information can call 911.
